The Roborock Q5 DuoRoller+ robot vacuum is on sale at Amazon for just $300. That’s 33 percent off and a record low, as the regular price is $450. It’s a limited-time deal for those who think things through for a long time. No judgement. I do too.

In any case, this model really made it onto our list of the best budget robot vacuums. We loved the suction power, accurate LiDAR mapping, and robust app and voice controls. The DuoRoller+ is actually an updated version of the original Q5 with a number of upgrades. The suction power has increased to 5500 Pa, the dust bin has grown to 770ml, and it has a self-emptying base.

This model also comes with dual brushes, hence the name, which help tackle pet hair and the like. It’s worth noting that if you had trouble navigating the UI before, Roborock’s app has made great strides in recent years. It’s still not the best app, but it gets the job done.

The battery allows for 240 minutes of continuous use on a single charge. That means about 3,700 square feet of cleaning per charge. The only major drawback here is that the Q5 is a traditional robovac. It can’t mop. You can’t beat the $300 price tag, though.

After CES and ahead of Samsung’s Unpacked, the Engadget crew had a quick chance to catch its breath this week. But we took a look at the deal machine to see which tech sales are worth your money.

Right now, we’re seeing some good Apple deals — one on the latest iPad mini and another on the new 15-inch MacBook Air — as well as a first-time discount on the Kindle Colorsoft ereader.

There are some discounts on Bluetooth trackers, which will help you keep track of your keys and bags. And Best Buy is still running a promotion to give away three free months of Apple TV+, so you can start watching the recently released season two of Severance. Here are this week’s best tech deals, which you can still find today.

That matches the price of this set for Black Friday. It’s our current favorite premium power bank, thanks to the sleek design, easy-to-read display, and fast charging capabilities.

But what really makes it stand out is the charging base. Magnets align the base with the battery, so it’s easy to put down and recharge. The base also offers additional USB ports, so you can charge other accessories at the same time.

If you’re a Prime member, you can save $50 on the recently released Colorsoft Kindle, also known as the first Kindle with color. This is the first discount since this model debuted.

We experienced the “yellow band” issue with our review unit, but later received an updated reader, for which Amazon made “reasonable adjustments” to resolve the issue.

The software and display adjustments the company implemented worked — and we actually liked the overall effect better. Check out our review for the full story.

The Chipolo One point came out shortly after Google launched its Find My Device feature, a crowd-sourced search network that relies on other Android phones to track your lost belongings (much like Apple’s Find My function). It’s currently our favorite Bluetooth tracker for Android.

We liked how easy it was to set up and how loud it sounds. Plus, unlike AirTags, it has a hole, so attaching the tracker to a key ring is simple. Also at Amazon. Chipolo is also selling a pack combining its wallet and two standard One trackers for $52.
